Bait and Switch

Live Nation Entertainment - Bait and Switch

Purchased two seats in section 300 for the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert, I was forced to download the Live Nation app to retrieve tickets. They were switched to section 700.

Two other people had tickets for these seats. I got stuck in the handicap section, so far over on the side of the stage that my neck is still stiff from trying to see the concert. No refund, no partial refund, absolutely nothing.

It's not bad enough that they kill us with the prices, they also have zero accountability for their wrongdoings. It's time to stand together.

Charged me 60 dollars for two drinks

They charged me 60 dollars for 2 drinks. I asked for a refund and still haven't received it.

The server called a manager over and she said it was refunded and would take 3-5 days. And that was 2 weeks ago.

Terrible, unprofessional and beyond rude customer service/management at Live Nation resale department on chairs not received but made me pay for lack of training on employees at Ridgefield Amphitheate

Only my 2nd concert ever at Ridgefield Amphitheater within 1 week of each other. We had an emergency and only arrived 20 minutes after Chris Stapleton started we were told by young employee chairs sold out but Live Nation will not refund my money because employees trained inefficiently and they making me pay because the employee should have told me to check other chair stations.

We had zero idea we were told chairs sold out. On top I have email correspondence and she got ruder by the minute and now she says nothing and Im charged. How is this even allowed to treat a new customer as such?

That could be my last concert on resale because of her and her alone. One bad apple can spoil the bunch.

I cant get into my account because I need to update my password but never recieve a reset email, and customer service basically said to create a new account they cant do anything. I created a new account and immediately got the email for account setup.

How does that happen?

I will never buy tickets here again. I will pay 10x the face value of a ticket before I purchase through you again.

I started working but my dad address on my application and I dont live there no more so I was wondering how would I get my paycheck because Im no longer living with him and he wont give it to me if its at his house so I was wondering if it was at the job location or did it get mailed out to his house

I have been trying for 5 weeks to get a refund for aerosmiths postponed show ,, which I bought last May. Also there has been a delay in getting proceeds from ticket resale.

You owe me around $1000.

And I would like the funds immediately. You should have to pay interest on funds that you are holding, I feel.

No one speaks proper English and don't understand what you are asking for. I need 2 tickets in an ADA row because I am disabled, but I am not in a wheelchair and they just kept passing me off to different people, who I had to tell my story to over and over and finally was told they couldn't help me, so I can't go see my all time favorite singer, Alanis Morissette because although the website allows you to filter in ADA tickets, they are not allowed to sell them!!! Thanks for nothing Live Nation and Ticketmaster!!!

I made multiple calls, spoken w/several people, last one a “supervisor” of some sort. Assured me he would take care of my issue, told me of several ways it would go, upon confirmation.

Was supposed to hear back…it’s been a couple weeks and nothing yet. Am very distraught, sad at this whole thing.

*I dont want to complain again, as Ive already filled this out a couple days after show (through Live Nation email inquiry)
Concerns are the goodies, the perks that were expected and paid for. Other concerns were the costs of drinks (not the 2 complimentary as advertised) and vary in cost of 2 tee shirts (same quality/same price of $45).

We did not know cash could not be used, so I do have bank transactions as proof, if needed. Basically, I was able to afford the costs last year for the full experience, when tickets purchased, hoping for a better time that unfortunately turned into disappointment. Our getting to the VIP gate was misled multiple times, therefore our official arrival was 7 pm, once show started and VIP was packed and long gone. I was upset, cried a little, out of concerns regarding our package deal, etc.

Hoping to still get the promised package-2 signed band poster (Offspring/Sun 41), reimbursement for the 2 promised free drinks (1per ticket) and the misstated amount between the 2 purchased band tees advertised $45 each, but were not quite). Parking and very good seats were the only beneficial part of the entire cost.
I have emailed/responded to this similar email and spoke with a human representative prior to this additional correspondence. Looking forward to hearing back as soon as possible about fixing my situation. I truly appreciate the time you will take to correct this, as I know there were others feeling the same, in line with us.

And I would like to see shows in the future, if accommodated. Thank you again, in advance!

Concerts in Indiana

I am a freelance reporter for Spill Magazine and I live in Indiana. When I go to the press portal to look up concerts at Ruoff Music Center, Old National Centre, Brown County Music Center, or Grainbridge Fieldhouse, for artists I know are going to be there in Indiana this year and are listed on your website--they don't seem to be listed in the Press Request Portal.

For instance, Alanis Morisette is going to be at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN on Sat Jul 27 but that information is not in the portal.

And just about everybody I look up isn't in there, Justin Timberlake, Dave Matthews Band, ZZ Top & Lynyrd Skynyrd, Santana and Counting Crows, Nitty Gritty Band, The Guess Who, etc. Why is that?

No one has contacted me and no one tried to resolve the issues.

I have been to the Roxy three times this week. The venue itself is mostly ADA compliant.

Unfortunately the staff at live nation treat those of us who are handicapped like it is an inconvenience to them. They do not take the American disability act seriously. They do not accommodate for line of site for vision impaired. Nor did they care if you have a spinal injury and knee problems.

I was placed in the upstairs "ADA" section for Motionless in White tonight. I have been kicked in my bad leg repeatedly. And treated so disrespectfully, like I have a choice being handicapped.

This company has repeatedly profited by insisting on purchased and limited handicap seating. Every amphitheater or non live nation managed event actually cares about it's disabled attendees.

They charge exuberant fees for literally nothing. Forced me to purchase a $50 parking pass even though I can walk to the venue.

Extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service, an automated message actually just hung up on me.

Good luck with the chats, too. They're automated and are useless for real issues.

Website, chat, phone, ALL redirect you to other pointless contact methods throwing you into a frustrating spiral of trying to communicate with bots. Then when you do get through, "Oh sorry the so and so is not honoring refunds"

Oh, and let's not forget that LV has a monopoly on live events, and somehow they continue to operate this way legally.
